We did not have breakfast at 21 euro per person NO thankyou! That is entirely too much money for breakfast.
The hotel front desk was simply missing at 10am. Nowhere to be found. I had to leave my key on the desk with a written note.

The indoor playground, the staff, the location, the price.
The buffet dinner. It was not tasty, poor options for vegans/vegetarians and way too expensive.

It initially seemed welcoming and the reception staff were very nice
It is quite expensive for what you get. And then there was the lady from the buffet breakfast…. The downside of a nearly empty hotel was that she basically followed us from the beginning, commenting on what we do wrong. We took the wrong cups for tea, then we took hot water from the wrong tap, then we took the wrong milk…. We were almost afraid to go back to the buffet as she seemed just to wait there to go after us. And the highlight was when we poured accidentally too much batter into the self-made waffle machine, and we could actually hear her swearing through the whole dining room. When the hotel is empty, the lady should just go ahead and serve people what they want instead of standing there and correcting
