The host Irina was very friendly and cooperative, any problem was solving immediately. The location is right next to center of the City, 3 min walking distance.

The manager was very helpful and spoke very good English. She was always reachable and always very professional.
The Furniture is a bit old. It's part of the charm. But I would change the bed linens / add spare bed linens,
The water boiler is way too small.

Location is excellent to see old Kiev. Literally right in the middle of old town
Said it came with toiletries but a tiny mini hockey puck soap and like a ketchup bag of shampoo is definitely not adequate for a week stay
