About this house rental
Cozy, 1300 square foot, quiet mountainside retreat overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway. Kick back by the fire and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine from one of many local wineries. There are approximately 30 within 30 miles. From the house, it's just 3 miles to Stone Mountain State Park's back entrance, where you can hike a variety of trails, one leading to the top of the granite dome, several lead to beautiful waterfalls. Enjoy a round of mountain golf at Stone Mountain Resort Golf Club. The house sits just above the 9th tee in the Greenstreet Mountain Community.
We have brought the outside in with huge windows to take in the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Cozy living room with vaulted ceiling, North Carolina stone fireplace with vented gas insert. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 6 to 8. One master bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a full(double) and one twin. Full bath on each level. Large screened in room with fan light and spacious deck off of the living room, both have mountain views. Large fire pit area with river rock bed, stone surround and Adirondack chairs. Small patio off of the screened room with seating and a Napoleon gas grill(propane provided).
Cell phone booster and high speed WI-FI!
3 SECURITY CAMERAS are on the property monitoring the main house walkway and driveway. There is also one on a private outbuilding below the house. The 2 on the house will be turned off for your privacy once you’ve arrived.

Dawn, our host, was great! Any questions we had, it would be answered in a timely manner. As far as the property is concerned, everything was provided – from bed sheets, blankets, towels, and other necessities, they had it all. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with common kitchen supplies, such as pots, pans, tongs, knives, spices, etc. The house also included some bathroom needs such as shampoo and body wash, which came in handy since some of us had forgotten to pack some before heading out to the property. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we really do recommend renting here! Thank you so much, Dawn!

Views were amazing and the home was very clean and comfortable! Colors were changing, especially up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Host was very good at communicating, too.

Fantastic stay for our weekend getaway. House was extremely clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the fabulous views from the deck, porch and fire pit areas. Communication with the owner was perfect. I can’t think of a detail that was overlooked.
