Keine Klimaanlage bei sehr hohen Temperaturen

We verbleven 7 nachten in deze heel rustig gelegen, mooie finca. Overal prachtige uitzichten. Lekker ontbijtbuffet (binnen), ontbijt wordt genuttigd op terras. Wel 7 dagen zelfde ontbijt en pas na 4° dag geen koemelk, zoals gevraagd. Kamer heel erg net. 2 km van geasfalteerde weg, smal weggetje om logies bereiken, maar heel goed doenbaar. Ruime parking, onder overkapping, dus in de schaduw.

Had het moeten lezen, maar nooit gedacht dat er geen airco zou zijn. Ook geen muggenhor, zodat ramen niet echt open konden blijven 's nachts. Warm dus, ondanks waaier boven het bed! Weinig schaduw aan het zwembad. Zelf moeten vragen om nieuwe badproducten. Resto's zeker 20' rijden.

Lage, Ruhe, Frühstücksterrasse

Sauberkeit, Hygiene, Ausstattung, Klima läuft 2x am Tag für 20 Min bei 38 C, Türen und Febster undicht, sodass Hitze und alles an Kleintieren eintreten kann. Fr - So neben Frühstück keine Essensversorgung, was auf der Website nicht erwähnt wird. Sonntags kein Zimmerservice. Liegen am Pool durchgelegen, Poolrand fällt auseinander, Sonnenschirme hängen schief im Gewinde, Steckdosen im Zimmer hängen raus, Rost an vielen Stellen und Gegenständen, schlampiger Haushalt und Gesamteindruck.

Beautiful location, but a disappointing stay

We stayed this summer in a suite costing €300 per night. The website did not mention anywhere that the room had air conditioning. To our surprise, there was in fact an air-conditioning unit, which we quickly realized was probably essential because the suite was located under the roof and would otherwise be virtually uninhabitable. Unfortunately, the owner switched off the air conditioning every night due to limitations in the property’s energy supply. As a result, the temperature in the room rose to well above 30°C. The heat was so extreme that sleeping was almost impossible, and the situation became unbearable. We managed to stay for only two of the four nights we had booked before checking out early. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to pay for more than three of the four nights, even though we only stayed for two nights. When we complained about this to Booking.com, the owner approached us angrily to express his dissatisfaction about the fact that we had submitted a complaint. We found this very unpleasant and felt uncomfortable being confronted in this way. We believe that important information about a room, such as the availability of air conditioning and any restrictions on its use, should be clearly communicated in advance. For a stay costing €300 per night, we expected the room to be comfortably habitable throughout the night and for complaints to be handled in a professional and respectful manner.
