Wonderful, clean and well-appointed apartment in a perfect part of the 2nd! We hope to return!

The property looks just like the pictures! I love it when it matches up. It is very clean and bright and well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful and responsive. It is just the right amount of space for two people to stay comfortably. The kitchen was handy for breakfast each morning. It is in a great neighborhood; very near bars and restaurants, but off of a quieter side street. There are restaurants near that sometimes stay open late, but when the door is shut to the bedroom no noise travels in and it did not disrupt our sleep. It is very near two metro stops, making it easy to get to the city center and elsewhere around Paris. I liked that this was a lively area, but that is was less busy than Saint Germain or the Marais.

The bed was a tad firm for my comfort, but everyone is different when it comes to preferences! It was not as hard as many places I've stayed though.

Exceptional value!

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Restaurants, coffee shops and bars within a block, and yet away from their noise. Within walking distance of many attractions, including the Louvre and Ile de Cite, and quick access to buses and metro that can easily take you to other places. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts extremely responsive.

Construction across the street, but they were quite good about not starting too early.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming apartment in a conveniently located area of Paris. The neighborhood is vibrant and offers everything within walking distance, including a large mall, delightful restaurants, and a variety of shops for both clothes and food. This apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. It was a wonderful home base for my adventures in Paris. I also appreciated the host's flexibility. I requested a late check-out, and they graciously allowed me to stay for a few extra hours. This thoughtful gesture gave me the opportunity to stay a little bit more in the city before I departed. I really appreciate this. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty and excitement of Paris!

One thing to note is that there is no elevator, which is common in the older parts of Paris. However, the staircase adds to the charm of the experience.

Charming, comfortable and quiet place in the heart of Paris!

The place was great. Very comfortable. Central yet quiet. I expecially appreciated the contact with the hosts and the service they offered. The final day they called a taxi for me when I inquired about a number of a taxi driver. They helped to make my stay in Paris a positive and memorable one!

Great location and friendly hosts

The location was fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary items, and the host was very prompt and helpful with very clear directions.

The apartment advertised a pull out bed but it was not possible for anyone to sleep on. No additional bed sheets or pillows provided for the pullout bed and not comfortable at all and very small, so no way for anyone to actually use it as a bed.

Great spacious & quiet apartment, perfect as a base for exploring central Paris.

Fabulous apartment, it was roomy, clean and comfortable, and quiet for such a central location. The hosts were very communicative and flexible about check in / check out times, which was a great bonus. Great location, easy walking distance to The Louvre, Notre Dam and Gallerie Lafayette, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy for Metro connections for exploring further afield.

Not really a dislike, but worth noting it is on the 4th floor, so a lot of stairs to climb, as we found the lift very small and claustrophobic (literally room for one person and a suitcase!).

We were so comfortable. The apartment provided everything we needed. It has a beautiful full window in the living area you can open out onto the small little quiet side street and watch the people walking by. There is also a cute little dog that sits on the footpath outside the shop across the way. The building itself has lovely character. The place was super clean and has a nice big television. The man we were dealing with was lovely and so helpful. It was exactly what you would expect a Parisian stay to be like.

A great apartment in a fantastic location, off Rue Montorgueil, close to metro, restaurants, shops.

The only thing I would add is an air conditioner in the living room. It was not an issue in May, but I can see that becoming a problem in the summer.

Great location in the center of Paris, well connected from subway and bus lanes. Lively neighborhood. What we liked the most : Soundproof windows. Welcome pack of dishwashing and shower gel. Very fast wifi. secured building and appartment.

This hotel is a beautiful, and useful area in Paris. The room is so amazing kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The quiet and cozy living room made us relaxed.

The shower was a little weak. Hot shower has only ten minutes or less.

Very good

A great apartment in a fabulous location - we walked everywhere! Lots of restaurants, shops, transport (though not really required), museums and galleries within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean, in a very safe and secure building and had lots of amenities. The owner was super helpful and fast when we needed extra supplies. The key pick up was very, very easy. And late check-out, no problem. Would definitely stay again and have already shared details of the apartment with friends.

il letto matrimoniale è alla francese(andrebbe scritto nella descrizione su booking), stretto per noi, non è stato un bel dormire. quando sono presenti bollitore e macchina del caffè, di solito ci sono anche delle bustine di the e capsule di caffè. trovare solo due caffè per 4 giorni di soggiorno in 2 non è molto carino… l’ingresso, la cucina e il corridoio bagno-camera coincidono letteralmente, stretto e scomodo

Es war absolut sauber, gute Raumaufteilung und wirklich eine sehr gute Lage in Paris. Ein paar Meter von einer tollen Straße mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und kleine Lokalen entfernt. Auch das Einkaufszentrum Westfield mit vielen Geschäften liegt sehr nah.

Einziges kleines Manko war, dass unsere Wohnung im EG war. Fenster aufzumachen war auf Grund der vielen Fußgänger kaum möglich.

Sehr gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Paris wenn man etwas mehr Platz möchte

Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und sehr professionell. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral und absolut sicher. In der näheren Umgebung waren zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher abstellen. Das Badezimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was man sich für einen Aufenthalt in einer angemieteten Wohnung wünschen kann.

Es war alles in Ordnung.
