La casa está muy cuidada y con muchos detalles, tiene prácticamente de todo lo que necesitas (salvo lavaplatos). Está muy limpia, las camas son cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. La localización es buena. Estás cerca de todo andando.
Lo alquilé pensando que usaría más la terraza de arriba, pero al final como hay que subir por una escalera de caracol no favorece por ejemplo desayunar o comer porque es incómodo subir cosas. Al final no la usamos nunca. Lo hubiera cambiado por una plaza de parking q no tiene. Para primavera, otoño o invierno igual la terraza se usa más, en verano mucho calor. Otro detalle es que está en una calle con mucho tráfico y como las ventanas son correderas que no son completamente herméticas, incluso cerradas tienes ruido. Puedes compensar con el aire. La terraza pequeña da a esa calle y tampoco se disfruta mucho.

Es un apartamento muy bien equipado y Flo, la anfitriona, cuida muy bien de todos los detalles. Su situación, a camino entre la zona de playa y el centro de Sanlucar es ideal.
