About this house rental
Cozy apartment 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. It is also a 5-minute walk from the famous restaurants of Bajo de Guía. A few meters from the apartment has pharmacy service, supermarkets, banks and restaurants and bars.
The house can accommodate six people in three rooms (one double and two double, all with fitted wardrobes), living room (TV, chaise longe sofa, stereo), a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen .
It has air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, utensils, coffee maker, bed linen and towels.
In addition, the house has a garage and a large patio of 70 m2 with complete outdoor furniture and a second service patio (15m2).
The historic city of Sanlucar de Barrameda served as a boarding point for Columbus on his third trip to America and around the world through Elcano and Magallanes. It is also home to Manzanilla wine (there are wineries to visit). Sanlúcar is famous for horse racing on the beach that, since 1845, is held every year in the month of August.
From Sanlúcar you have direct access to the Doñana National Park.
20 minutes away is the city of Jerez (with airport) and in a radius of 45 minutes the cities of Cádiz and Seville.
Some nearby cities with long beaches, ideal for spending the day are: Chipiona (8 kms), Rota (19Kms), El Puerto de Santa María (28kms),

El apartamento esta fenomenal para 6 personas. Esta cerca de todo.El patio que tiene esta genial para salirse a desayunar y cenar. Nosotros lo hemos aprovechado poco. Solo hemos estado para dormir y ducharnos. Tendría que tener otro baño. Pero nos hemos apañado.
