Excellent location and staff(lady at the front desk)... everything else was substandard.
The room had stains everywhere from the carpet to the doors.... we are in a pandemic and the last I want to do is clean a room not knowing where the stains are from. Room is cleaned once which is horrible! Not hygienic place. Stove was not working and the plan was to cook because we are trying to avoid eating out AND of course plans were changed because of this. We left after one night but paid for the entire week AND were told “sorry NO REFUND”!
