The female concierge was awesome. I lost something very important when switching rooms, and she protected it, and kept it until she had the chance to see me again. Great customer service otherwise too. I even told her that 8 love it when people know how to do their jobs tge right way. Great customer service experience. She went above and beyond.
Prices skyrocketed so far beyond the cost of living. Not just this hotel. All in the area. The price gauging is ridiculous.

Everything was clean and the front desk guy, the only staff I had contact with was very nice and attentive.
The other guest were very loud at times huddling outside doors at odd hours being loud and belligerent.
