Electrical board problems, but generally good

The house was very comfortable, equipped with all necessities for the kitchen, a good heater, and comfortable bed and sofa. Our host was very nice and helpful, with insightful indications about activities.

Sometimes the electrical board would fail when the heater was near maximum, which was needed to maintain a good temperature in the house, since we visited during winter. The bathroom lacked some necessities, specifically soap and shower gel. The house was a bit displaced from the center, requiring a 15 min walk to get to the nearest supermarket and 30 min to the ski location. Nevertheless, the bus stop was near (3 min walking up).

I was super close to the alpine views, the backyard. had a magnificent view of Les Diablerets. The chalet was a good price for the size and cleanliness. There were thoughtful items like fondue dish and kitchen-ware to use

Nice apartment with a few small issues

Great location with fantastic 360 degree views. Very close to Glacier 3000 (short bus ride or 40 min walk). Apartment itself is cosy, well equipped and traditional.

Bit hard to find, it's slightly further up the hill than where Google maps takes you. A friendly local helped us. Bedding is very basic, we didn't realise it would be two single mattresses placed into a double bed frame. We thought the cleaning expectations from the host were quite a lot, (e.g. they'd requested us to remove the bedding and place into a laundry bag, not what you expect to be doing at checkout if booking through booking.com).

Stunning views from a quintessential Swiss chalet. Very comfortable with all amenities provided. Hosts were responsive.

The hosts communicated very clearly by email and responded swiftly. I never met them but they were available and helpful

beautiful views, quiet, patio in the sun, tasteful furniture

poor kitchen facilities, small bedroom, so had to keep suitcases in the living room, no place to put soap or toiletries in shower, no information given ahead about bus transport to/from town, so we walked 20 min, from station uphill with suitcases; then we discovered the bus stop at the top!

Very flexible and kind host, beautiful location, comfy bed and all-around pleasant flat and garden.

WiFi is not entirely reliable, but somewhat better outside the apartment than inside.

Coffee machine with coffee added bonus! Good heating and teatowels/handtowels available...lovely garden with table and chairs (we saw deer in the garden one morning!

No proper sheets for livingroom bed and stove that is hard to understand...bit dangerous as it is hard to know if one hob is off, if both are on.

Exceptional

Wonderful location, fully equipped chalet with all required necessities. We stayed with a 2yo daughter - a very family friendly apartment. It is 5 min drive from the ski lifts and Coop supermarket. The hosts were very easy to speak to via whatsapp and they were very accommodating as well.

Abgesehen von der Feuchtigkeit wäre es eine tolle Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, es hat alles geklappt.

Leider war bereits beim Eintreten ein Geruch vorhanden, der auf eine feuchte Wohnung hindeutete. Der Spülkasten war aussen und die Fenster waren auf der Innenseite während des ganzen Aufenthaltes mit Kondenswasser überzogen. Im Bad hatte es Schimmel in den Ecken.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement correspondant à l'essentiel de nos attentes.

La dimension de l'appartement, sa situation dans la station et son jardin avec son mobilier d'extérieur. La TV avec la fonction retour en arrière.

Un odeur désagréable à l'intérieur, le Wifi pas optimal et le fonctionnement de quelques objets ou aménagements qui mériteraient un réglage (lumière salle de bains, serrure volet de l'entrée, plaques cuisinière ne chauffant pas assez,...). Un parasol serait apprécié, l'exposition de l'appartement étant optimal!

Super séjour en famille dans ce petit appartement, malgré une météo plutôt fraîche.

Super emplacement proche du centre du village (moins de 10 minutes à pied), avec une jolie terrasse calme. Le salon est spacieux pour ce petit appartement et le lit et canapé-lit sont confortables.

L'appartement est humide par temps frais et maussade. Il manque quelques verres à vin et des couteaux pour cuisiner.
