Even though I arrived rather late at night, there was an attendant who came out to meet with me when I arrived. They even helped me get a new room (#408) when they found out that the room I had reserved (#409) was actually already occupied.
The room and facilities had all the base necessities covered, and everything was easy to use.
My only complaint is that the shared space was not very clean. During my whole 2-night stay, the microwave area had a lot of crumbs, and the shared sink and utensils were not washed very well. But I understand that that is probably more on the guests than it is on the hostel staff. If the staff can clean the shared area more regularly, then things would be much better more accommodating.
