Best bang for your buck. Plenty of room for 2 people to stay. Futons were comfortable and clean. Facilities were great! The shower room was lovely to use
No complaints. It's about a 30 min walk from narita or you can take a bus.

Friendly host
the place is quite far from Narita Airport, we arrived at Narita Station around 10pm and the only transportation choice left is to take Teksi which cost us 2000yen to the guesthouse (last bus was 9.35pm).
room wise is alright, except for the steep staircase and loud squeaking noise due to hardwood floor. overall cleanliness of toilet and shower was only satisfactory.
In short, I think you can still consider if you are staying for one night with other mode of transport available, especially when there is no hotel nearby airport is available.
