The location was excellent. Elevator to the Metro station literally in the building. Connects with the Midosuji Line - for connections to Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station for the Shinkansen. 24 hour Family Mart on the hotels second floor and excellent breakfast in La Veranda.
It can sometimes take ages to get to where you want on the elevator, especially if on the upper floors like I was, floor 28. Coming up or coming down the elevator would stop on what felt like every floor. I would recommend an express elevator that stops at every second floor etc.

Great location by Hommachi station, FamilyMart conveniently located on the second floor, friendly and helpful staff, easy Express checkout and luggage storage

usual apa amenities
tv was blocking the way and we bumped many times, bathroom was too small with big step up, sink was too small, coin laundry always busy and few people take out clothes after laundry, big wait times on checkout times on lifts so leave before it
