The best part of this Hotel was the size of the property and the excellent staff ... each and every one of them made us feel so welcome and there was nothing that they would not do to help us and make our trip such a memorable one. We were a group of 7 and each one of us were looked after so well. Thank You !!
Just the location. We needed to hire a vehicle to go everywhere. Transport in Goa is not easy . So this added to the costs. But we were able to work it out by finding local drivers who were reasonably priced.

Great property, great peaceful location, awesome food and service…. Sheetal was very helpful… she helped in arranging a birthday surprise for my Son’s 13th Bday…. Overall a great stay…

Fabulous location, at quiet end of Candolim in the Fort Area. The whole staff were very helpful and kind. My family and I felt safe the whole time thanks to wonderful security. Sheetal was great at helping us book taxis and plan trips out across Goa. Villa was clean and comfortable and good size for our family to have space but still be able to come together in shared areas.
Second swimming pool closed the whole time we were there. No sun loungers at pool just chairs.

The villa was mouldy and run down woth very health hazardous conditions of black mould in bathrooms and air conditioning and scratched pans
