Proximity to the heart of the city, kind host, great terrace and good breakfast for Italy standards. Bed was okay, a bit too hard for my tastes.
Not having a mini fridge in the room but downstairs 2 floors was a hurdle get some cold drinks in the middle of the night. About 3-4 steep flights of stairs to get to your room, so if you have a big luggage, it would be quite draining to lug it. But it is expected from a historic building.

The accommodation is excellently located on the edge of Agrigento old town, but is quiet. We had a very spacious and comfortable room. The buffet breakfast on the roof terrace was fabulous with views of the Valley of the Temples. The host was very responsive and helpful for the check-in. Highly recommended.

Location!!! Close to the railway station, easily reachable. Great host. Clean. Good breakfast on the upper floor, with great sea view.
Old but well-kept house, no elevator. The hotel manager helped carrying the luggage up the stairs (Grazie mille!)
