From the moment I walked into the Regency Hotel, something felt different. Not just the elegance of the lobby or the comfort of the room—but the people. Ahmed, part of the guest relations team, didn’t just greet me—he remembered my name, asked about my day, and made sure every detail of my stay was smooth. It wasn’t scripted hospitality; it was genuine care. Then there was Hassan, who works in the dining area. He didn’t just serve food—he created moments. A quick joke over coffee, a perfect recommendation for dinner, and a quiet understanding of when to step in and when to let you enjoy your meal in peace. Hotels can be beautiful, but it’s rare to find one where the staff make you feel seen. Regency did that. And I’ll remember it.

A special shoutout to Mr. Ahmed from Guest Relations, whose warmth and professionalism made my stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure every request was met with care and efficiency. His genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire experience. Equally memorable was Hassan, the waiter at the dining hall. His attentive service and friendly demeanor made every meal a pleasure. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, Hassan made sure everything was perfect, always with a smile and thoughtful recommendations. Regency Hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel truly cared for. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, class, and exceptional service.

not very clean room doesn't have working phone, no hairdryer or toothpaste shower room doesn't always have hot water it's location is amazing honestly, you almost have sea view anywhere, some of the staff reception are amazing, like this lady at the reception was so heartwarming and really nice. chefs and kitchen staff are friendly and also food is great also safe in the room doesn't work, beds are comfortable though they allowed me to stay 1h more over the allocated check out time, which was nice.
