오이타 중심부에 위치하여 역, 쇼핑몰, 미술관 등과 가까웠습니다. 호텔 옆에 마트가 있었고, 주차장 이용도 편리하였습니다. 시설이 노후하였음에도 매우 잘 관리되고 있었습니다.
시설이 다소 노후되었고, 조식당 및 객실내 먼지가 쌓여있는 곳이 일부 있었습니다.

Really good location for the station. The staff were really nice. The room was really comfortable and great for the price
Shame that the pool was adult only, but this was not a big issue.
