Bellavista Marbella - Stunning Beachside Luxury Penthouse Apartment

The apartment is stunning. Really beautiful decor and the 3 bathrooms were great for our family of 5. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. The terraces (x 3!) are fantastic with great views of mountains and sea. The rooftop terrace is huge and the jacuzzi was unreal!!! We weren’t sure if we would use it as it is warm but after a day in the sun it was a great way to relax with the stunning views and lovely breeze. The location is great, minutes away from the beach, loads of beach bars and restaurants, and then a 10 minute walk away is a small village with a great choice of restaurants. Cabs were a little pricey to go into Estepona Old Town so a car would be good to have to explore the area a bit more. But you have plenty of options within walking distance too. The communal pool area is lovely, beautifully kept, plenty of beds (no one running down to put towels out in the morning!!!) and there was a bonus bar which was a nice surprise!

The property was amazing, we had family over for two BBQ's & one large family dinner, the apartment catered for everyone easily with plates, cutlery, glasses etc , the kids absolutely loved the roof terrace, the views are ridiculous, sea views one side , mountain views the other, a couple of decent restaurants nearby just a short walk and the complex was friendly and relaxed and lots of space around the pool

lots of people actually live there so midnight (ish) you have to be mindful of the noise you are making, one night we were playing cards with the kids and the elders , just good family fun but we did get a visit from security , who to be fair could see it was good family fun just asking us to be aware but in a very nice manner but something to be mindful of

Beautiful apartment, really well equipped, super clean, the most comfortable bed I've slept in in the master bedroom, three terraces - one good for breakfast, one for dining with large bbq, and, of course, the roof terrace with spectacular views of the sea one side and mountains on the other. Saw some lovely sunsets and stargazed from there. The agent, Carina, who showed us round very friendly and helpful. Beach on your doorstep (although take shade as there's none on the beach) and nice pool in the complex.

Not at all the property owner's fault, but everything there is based around driving - even the closest supermarket because it is over the motorway and no safe pedestrian pavements.

The property was amazing. Would definitely come and stay again. Price was worth it compared to other properties in that area, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Has a huge jacuzzi on the roof terrace with lights. Master bedroom has it’s own terrace which was a plus. The property also has a bbq installed outdoors which we made use of. I was surprised when we got to the property that it comes provided with all necessities you would need, literally everything, from hoover, to cleaning products, to even providing the little things like step up stool, chopsticks, bbq essentials, etc. I can go on. Let’s just say anything you need, the penthouse has got it! most apartments I have stayed in do not provide as much as this place did. We loved the property and our stay so much that we extended it for near enough extra 2 weeks. Initially it was booked for only 1 week and we was going to book another place for the second week but could not find anything as good as this place.

AC could be slightly more powerful as it used to get really hot. Also the fridge setting wasn’t as high as we hoped it would be - wasn’t really an issue for us.
