Not meant for long stays. Apartment needs a renovation.

- the view was amazing, there was a balcony with chairs and cushions - it’s 15-20 mins from Zadar Airport - there is enough parking space for your car

- There is not a single dustbin in the apartment. I don’t understand this. There was only a small toilet dustbin. - The bathroom was so small, you can barely put anything anywhere. - There we’re no tissues available for use. I think it’s a basic necessity in an apartment. - The apartment was dusty and wasn’t cleaned very well. I could see visible dust. - The photos in the ad is not accurate. There is only 1 room with a double bed, the other room has a 2 single beds. It’s not ideal for couples. - The corridor was full of cigarette smoke ! I do not recommend it for asthma patients. You’d choke on the smell. - The apartment had poor air ventilation. There could be more ventilation vents. - Host speaks only Croatian. If you need something, you must Google translate and ask. - The rating is not proportional to the actual apartment. Lower your expectations when you pick this place because you will be disappointed.

The flat had a small balcony with sea view which was nice. The street and the neighbourhood is fairly new, the owners are very kind and responsive. The location is good for a chill holiday.

No natural airflow, thankfully there was an AC. The bathroom was a bit narrow and very humid.

Amazing, exceeded our expectations - we’ve arrived a little early, tired and hungry and there was a meal ready for us (fish) as a welcome gift. We only stayed one night, but next time we’ll come for longer ;) we had a direct access from ground floor apartment to the play area and the jacuzzi which was also great bonus at the 35 heat, the vila is only a short stroll to the beach with lovely restaurant (cash only though..) we liked everything, no faults

It was a wonderful experience. The house and furnishings are already very clean and the furnishings are very useful. location is great. Our host is very helpful and always keeps in touch. It was very special that they met us with an umbrella in the pouring rain. Thanks for everything. we parted to meet again

Great location for family vacations

Friendly host, clean and comfortable apartments, good facilities, beach nearby. We could've used the grill and jakuzzi too, they were pleasant surprises. Kids also had fun.

Sveti Petar is a small village, for better restaurants and shops we need to drive a bit. Also the beach is basic with a pretty annoying beach bar.

So close to the sea and a lovely restaurant nearby. The balcony was also lovely for a glass of wine with the sunset.

A grocery store is 20 minutes by foot. So would recommend renting a car and it’s quite far from Zadar centre

The Villa is amazing. The staff were waiting for us at 23:00 and they let us to checkout late as they did not expect other guests that day. One of the apartments was with two bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable. The apartments were arranged very nice and the view from balcony is wonderful not to mention that we paid a very good price in September. I would like to visit again with the same price.🤗. Thank you.

There are few bars right by the beach, but no breakfast there.. also only cash payment is accepted..

Check-in has been fast and stress-free, the lady was waiting for us and welcomed us with a big smile. The location is very good, at walking distance from the beach and quite close to Zadar by car. Parking the car has been easy. The studio was pretty new and very well equipped. The terrace with sea view was also appreciated. Bed and shower were comfortable too.

Super schöne Wohnung, sehr gepflegt und sauber

Die Unterkunft war super sauber, man hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so im Alltag braucht.
