We loved staying here!!!
We loved the studio and the (almost) private pool! Everything was cosy and our host Mira was the absolute best.
Sveti Petar is a nice village but it’s a lot better if you have a car to explore some cities and restaurants.

a perfect vacation in Villa Ria with a lovely host!
Our stay in Villa Ria was really amazing. The apartment looked modern and new and everything is there, it’s complete. Its such a nice location with a beautiful view and its close to Biograd and Zadar. We enjoyed the pool which is on the perfect temperature. The host Mira and her daughter are really nice. Mira even made us and the other guests typical Croatian food and pancakes and we had a really good time together. she made us feel at home. She is lovely! Thank you so much again for the great experience!

Good ratio quality/price
The host (Mira) is friendly, kind and took time to give us really good tips for visits and restaurants (and not the usual “touristy” places.!). Room is modern, clean and well equipped.
There is nothing to do around by foot (no restaurants and beach is “so so”) but still it remains a quiet place next to Zadar, Biograd and several sites of interest.

Quality prior Quantity - a place with a heart and you feel the positive soul of the owner.
Perfect location to explore the area between Zadar and Biograd. Place is with sea view and 250m to the next beach. Owner is very friendly and polite. Apartment is very modern and furniture are in well design. Pool area is fantastic. Staff is speaking German, English and Croatian. Place is very quiet area but it is more than positiv because its so nice between pine, olive and different fruit trees. You have to check it out.
there was nothing negative. Everything was like described prior or better.
