The property charged us for 3 adults while we were 2 adults and a 6 year old child and it clearly says free stay for you

Coffee machine very basic, no fan in the toilet, bedroom super small that it was hard to open the wardrobe door. Not enough storage space and wardrobe for a flat that says suitable for 4 adults.

The self check-in process was seamless, with all necessary details sent in advance; no complications at all. The apartment was spotless, with a spacious kitchen-living area that was well-equipped for cooking. Balcony was a great spot to relax after a busy day and enjoy the amazing view.

Very clean

Heaters were off and the owner told us that they can’t be turned on due to government advice. It was extremely cold at nights to which all of us catch colds and became ill. Only light blankets being provided. Also the apartment has damp problems due to the building location. We’ve noticed there’s no air conditioning units in the apartments . This will be a massive issue during hot seasons because of humidity. Despite the fact we are coming from a cold country, however, we still couldn’t adjust / adopt to the room temperature and its humidity. No coffee maker & kettle found in the kitchen.

Everything was great and new and well-functioning. The kitchen equipment could be expanded with a few items to top it if, e.g. a coffee machine.

A perfect holiday in a dream place, spotless services, optimum price quality rapport.

Everything. Location with spectacular view, not to high on mountain, so easy to access but just enough to have the proper perspective on the lake. Direct access through a nice pass to the street where is the bus station and a superstore. Property is very clever built with a huge garage at the ground floor which provide comfortable parking, apartments on first and second floor, access on stairs or elevator, all with beautiful view on the lake and pool on top floor. Pool is perfect size if you want to swim or just play in it. Everything is new and comfortable. Apartments are spacious, comfortable and everything you need at hand. But what I think was more important on top of all, are the hospitality I met there. Ricardo was always there for us, helping with what we needed. If you want to see Lake Como this is a perfect place to stay.

Accessible (close to bus station, superstore), big garage (easy to park the car) Comfortable (all new and modern, all the facilities at hand), perfect view (all apartments with front lake view), pool appropriate size to swim or play, jacuzzi. Everything clean and well kept. Hospitality - Ricardo was always there when we needed something, he is speaking perfect English, very good manners for this young man.

We will be staying again!

The second we arrived we got greeted by Riccardo and he was incredibly helpful during our stay. Anything we needed, from plastic cups to talking us through the best routes of transport to our desired locations. He was on it! The rooms were fantastic, view, unforgettable and the pool was very much needed in the heat. We will be back again!

Only feedback after fantastic stay would be perhaps aircon or more fans as it at the start of the summer heatwave. Though everything else was tip top.

The private parking was magnificent! The friendlyness of the owner Riccardo could not be better! The view on lake Como was nice The piece and quiet was super!

Only the bed was a bit hard for us and the pillow a bit too thin. In warm nights an airconditioning would be perfect, bit the owner has fans that will do as well!

The view from the panoramic pool is amazing. The staff of the property were very nice. The property was quiet and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The internet connection was also quite good.

The only negative (not related to the property) is that to get around by foot (especially for those with baby strollers) was not very straightforward.

Peaceful with a stunning view

Riccardo is a great host, he was very responsive, provided helpful tips on where to eat good food notably. The appartment was very clean and tidy and well furnished. The place has a stunning view, with a wonderful panoramic area for sunbathing at the pool, the jaccuzzi experience was nice. The location is great, in a calm area but near all interesting places by car, that you can leave in the parking inside the residence. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the place and the host!:)

everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, there is a big supermarket 1 minute away by car which have everything you need, and Ricardo was very helpful and friendly, we tried the Jacuzzi at night under the stars and it was amazing

very bad experience in this apartment

starting from check in i called the owner and he delay the check in around 30 min , after that he refused to proceed with booking unless we give him 150 € as deposit which was not mentioned in booking . after that i booked for 3 person but every thing in apartment for 2 person ( blanket , towel ) , and when i asked about washing machine that not working and i have picture for that , finally when check-out from apartment he didn’t return my deposit as he explained we should clean every thing after dish machine ! >> i am level genius 3 in booking and i stayed in a lot of hotel and apartment world wide i have never experienced delay with someone like this owner. finally i strongly do not recommend any body to come to this apartment

Very poor

Very unpleasant stay! The owner or the person in charge was VERY rude and patronising. Very disrespectful, his behaviour towards guests was out of order. There was not enough bedding and towels for all people. They provided 1/4 of toilet paper for the whole stay. If you want the heating on (it was still very cold at night) you have to pay €5 per day. They ask you to take the bins out and tidy up before you check out but will still charge you €40 for cleaning at the end of your stay!! A lot more additional charges without making guests aware.

The house is modern, it is 10 minutes on foot from the lake. The pool is large enough to swim. The view is great but from my room I could see not only the lake but also a ruined building.

The apartment itself is ok but the house rules are I would say not customer-friendly. First you need to pay 150 Euros of deposit. I understand that it is a kind of protection against vandalism but then... you get a card with house rules. You pay 30 Euros for cleaning but you are obliged to clean the whole kitchen yourself including the fridge, the stove and all the kitchen equipment. You get a washing liquid for washing the dishes, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag so... to wash the kitchen you need to buy all the necessary things. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks so when I asked for toilet paper and garbage bags I was told to go to the supermarket and buy it myself! The jacuzzi and pool are free of charge BUT... if you want to use the jacuzzi after 7 pm you have to pay. Logical. Who would like to use a hot tub during a day when it is extremely hot... The place, location, the lady who is responsible for check-in and check-out- great but I think for such a price you should not be obliged to clean the kitchen if you PAY for cleaning. Be careful they really check it and even open the fridge in case you left there a dead body:)

The perfect place to stay

The apartment was so lovley and comfortable, fab location to the shops and local beach in walking distance. Parking is good and allows you to access all the lake como has to offer. Well equipped kitchen with most of what you need. We loved having breckfast in our own little garden. The bed as well was very nice, we did ask for an extra blanket and pillows, but they were delivered quickly without issue, we had very good customer service. If you want to come to lake como, these apartments are perfect for you and your family.

The only small thing would be that the sun beds in the later afternoon do not get sun. But this was in September at about 5pm. Their are lots of places to sit in the sun. So only a minor comment.
