picturesque, village-integrated, steeper hillside location with panoramic views of the lake far to the south, the magnificent mountains and the enchanting lakeside village of Gravedona, typically integrated into the mountain village of Consiglio di Rumo. The narrow residential path leads down about 10 steps to the house via the garden entrance. With typical residential and holiday homes in the surrounding area - with sun almost all day long.
On the ground floor: with entrance to the glazed living area with pergola facing the lake and garden. As well as a comfortable kitchen with modern and original wood-burning cooker. with guest WC/bidet
The bright staircase with marble tiles leads to the upper floor: 1 double bedroom with panoramic balcony and bathroom with shower; further to the top floor with double bedroom with panoramic balcony and bathroom with shower.
Private holiday in Italy - the landlords speak only Italian and have their heart set on satisfied guests.
