Apartman je jako jeftino uređen, sa jeftinim plastičnim harmonika vratima na spavaćim sobama i najjednostavnijim namještajem. Nas je bilo samo 2 ali ako vas dolazi više radi takvih vrata koje se ni ne mogu dobro zatvoriti nećete imati nikakve privatnosti. Ali ima klimu koja dobro radi, sasvim pristojan wi-fi, pristojnu terasu (bez pogleda), parking i pristojno opremljenu kuhinju. Mi smo prenoćili samo jednu noć jer apartman u kojemu smo prethodno noćili nije bio slobodan tu zadnju noć a nismo mogli naći ništa bolje za samo jednu zadnju noć našeg boravka u Rukavcu. Krevet je bio metalni sa srednje tvrdim madracom. Cijena je bila samo 60 Eura za noćenje u lipnju preko Bookinga i smatram da smještaj nudi realnu vrijednost za novac. Gazdarica je strankinja, simpatična starija gospođa ali govori ponešto hrvatski. Ako tražite jeftini apartman s parkingom, terasom, klimom i internetom a dizajn interijera vam ne igra baš nikakvu ulogu ovo je možda idealan stan za vas.
Harmonika vrata (nema privatnosti), dok se ulazi u apartman stepenicama doslovno se prolazi ispred kreveta donjeg apartmana. Loše uređenje, kronični manjak utičnica.
