This charming villa in the first row to the sea is the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Surrounded by Mediterranean herbs, fruit and vegetable gardens and the scent of pine trees, you can enjoy the soothing atmosphere and the sound of the crystal-clear sea here. The concrete beach is right in front of the door, parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and the town centre with restaurants, cafés and a supermarket is just a five-minute walk away. The villa has four residential units, each with a separate entrance and a balcony or terrace.

The facilities include a combined living and dining room with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, dining table for 4 persons, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker (2 plates), microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. A high chair for children is also available.
The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror, and insect screen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, and window. A balcony with partially covered sea view, table, chairs, and clothes horse provides additional comfort.
The location of the villa enables numerous leisure activities such as water sports, sailing, diving, snorkelling, boat and jet ski rental, cycling and kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, pedal boating, wine tasting and cultural attractions within a 20 km radius.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, towels, baby cot, high chair, internet (WiFi), kitchen towels, tourist tax for adults and children, registration and deregistration fee, as well as interim cleaning.
