This was a decent place to stay. It’s comfortable and had some nice touches, like extra blankets and lots of pillows. Plenty of seating in the living room and the streaming options on all the easy to use Roku TVs was a plus. The pillow top bed in the secondary bedroom was so comfortable - I wish this was in the primary suite too! It is a downstairs apartment, so of course if there are loud neighbors nearby you’ll hear them. But that’s just apartment living. The property was nice - not fancy, but had fun amenities like pickle ball and a pool. The location is great, close to downtown and the state park/lake.
The only thing I would add would be some fans in the bedrooms! Since it is a middle apartment there’s not a lot of windows to get a good cross breeze and there’s no air conditioning. It got a little hot at night and fans would have helped a lot.

This property was just OK, nothing special about it.
Most Things were OK. However, not having access to the garage was a huge inconvenience to me. No where in your marketing material does it state that it was excluded. Had I known this I would not have rented that unit. Very poor marketing. There were cosmetic damages to some of the interior finishes and the carpeting had lots of spots on/in it. The coffee machine next to the laundry mat make horrible coffee, there are much better machines available. And, the grocery store was never open.
