    1. The fridge in the originally booked twin room had the size of the safety box, hidden hard to reach under the tiny desk. We changed to a larger room @ *** surcharge/day. 2. over 2 days we had cockroaches crawling through various cracks. 3. The bathroom sink area is too small to keep the toiletries for two. (No amenities from the hotel, no hand soap, nothing but available at extra cost! 4. constant noise from the adjacent rooms, thin walls, loud doors. 5. The worst: NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS. Unless you come from the arctic circle you won't be able to sleep in an everbright room.

    Whilst everything is good for recommending this hotel as far as location is concerned, unfortunately the rooms & toilets are very small! I would suggest you check the feasibility of your comfort levels prior to booking here, otherwise no complaints at all.

    Wasting money and wasting time for that hotel. I've been there on and off and the staffs knows me but they don't consider that. I tried to change the name of my booking and I tried to explain with the staff about the email that use to book and my real name, but they don't listen at the end I stayed other hotel.. Thank you Agoda staff for trying really hard to help me to explain for your partnership and the MINGLE HOTEL WITH THE STAR about my info which is they refuse. I don't recommend this hotel
