Fun Fact: Our river canal called the Little River is actually a beautiful freshwater fed river filled with manatees, dolphins, snook, jack and other tropical wildlife. Enjoy fishing off the dock or just watch the activity as the water lights up at night.
Our home is a custom built beachhouse design and features a bright, open concept layout. Designed as a luxury, Key West style retreat, this executive waterfront estate is very conveniently located in Miami's trendy Upper East Side between tropical Belle Meade Island and Miami's Treasure Islands and is fully equipped with all of the convenience features and amenities to make your stay a 5 star experience.. The house, host and customer service were amazing! They recommended a private chef (Chef Danny), and he was definitely a highlight. I couldn't recommend this place any more :)

Stayed here for a bachelorette party with 9 girls. The property is gated and safe. We all loved having our own beds. House is very spacious and has everything you need. Pool and patio are also very spacious. We had a habachi chef come and cook in the backyard. The hosts are super helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this house for a bachelorette party!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! I hosted a joint bachelorette weekend at John’s place, and it was more than I ever could have imagined!! Communicating back and forth with John was wonderful. He answered all my questions (and there were MANY) in such a timely manner.The house was STUNNING with plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed there. Upon entering the house, we were met by John’s staff who were kind, courteous, and helpful. They assisted us with our bags and packages. Claudia was wonderful and went over the house rules, paperwork, etc. She was so easy to get a hold of- even for minor questions. We spent our last day on John’s gorgeous yacht where we were treated like royalty! John was beyond accommodating and offered so much to us throughout the day- including floats, champagne, and his own sunset tour that was the perfect end to the perfect day. John was an outstanding host, and we even had the opportunity to meet his wonderful family, too! We had an amazing trip, and we are certain that we will be back! Don’t bother looking elsewhere!!! This is the place you want to be!!
