5th Ave & 28th St - Perfect Location in Playa del Carmen

Tropical, gated property called Eclipse Condos with charming Mexican condo right at amazing 5th avenue and 2 blocks to Mamitas Beach, the best beach in Playa del Carmen. Professionally remodeled and decorated, bright new furniture and decor to feel like "home" in Mexico. Our condo/apartment is 1100 sq ft with 10-foot ceilings, 2nd floor, in a building of only 9 apartments. Private, well-appointed and great for a weekend or a lifetime. There is private, tropical balcony overlooking a pool, and a small swimming pool in our complex which is actually a cenote, and you always feel safe to walk along 5th avenue or play at gorgeous Club Mamitas where for a few dollars you can rent a beach umbrella and lounge chairs for a day while waiters bring you food and drinks and you can listen to the music played all afternoon for beach-goers and sea swimmers. The water and beach are gorgeous, sand is soft and white and clean, water is calm and clear, and the environment is just breathtaking for fun, romance, or just relaxing. Water sport rentals are steps away. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private full bathroom, and the second bedroom has two twin beds which can convert to a king, with second brightly tiled full bathroom. Kitchen is complete, washer/dryer included, all you could need to set up housekeeping, or who cares, just stroll out the door to find amazing food up and down 5th Avenue! Dining room seats 6 and all plates, flatware, etc are provided. Living room has 2 new, full-leather couches. Wireless internet, big-screen TV in the living room plus TV in the master bedroom, with cable and guest Netflix account available, all for free. We have a great bi-lingual property manager on-site most of the time (she's accessible by phone when she's not on-site), a full-time maintenance man, professional housekeepers, and a 24-hr security guard posted right outside our gate at the hotel right across the street. No worries! A/C is excellent and ceiling fans in all rooms. Bottom line: you are steps away from amazing fun and world-class food, beaches and shopping, yet your condo is quiet at night and you can sleep peacefully! One of my favorite things: you are 1/2 block from the biggest, most beautiful Starbucks I've ever seen, and just steps from amazing restaurants - Italian, Mayan, French, and of course authentic Mexican. For fun, you can walk down 5th Avenue to the center of town and take a short ferry to Cozumel island and spend the day there. Our condo has free parking for your rental car, and we normally do rent a car when we come, though most days we walk everywhere.
