Location is stunning. Right on the reef and access to many water activities.
Although staff were pleasant and friendly when approached, they made no effort to go out of their way to help or try to help if needed. I would not recommend the A la carte restaurant- food took forever, plenty of staff but none that seemed to want to serve as most tables included ours continually tried to get drink service and were left waiting.

Staff was lovely and always willing to help.
Free lunch and dinner for kids was super convenient; pool area including volleyball net was a success for the kids; towel system for the pool was super easy to use.
The food for kids could have more veggie options and less fatty options. Also, maybe one lean protein such as grilled fish or chicken for the kids.
The kids club could provide different morning activities, so the kids could enjoyed more.
Also, the pool could have warm water during winter, as it was too cold for the kids to enjoy in a few occasions with cloudy days.
