I enjoyed staying at the flat and Seefeld is a beautiful town

Nice and clean apartment. The owner was very polite, organised and always available.

Heating is centralised so it was very hot inside and could not control the heat.

Not much

The decor is tasteless and of very poor quality. The owner is unreliable and does not seem to care about basic maintenance. Bring tools as you will need to fix things that the owner can’t be bothered to fix himself.

Clean, nice owner, very strong chemical cleaning smell.

Nice clean apartment. The owner was very responsive and help us figure out how to communicate with him even though we did not have a phone.

The apartment had very strong smell of a toilet freshener, air freshener and the bedding was washed with strong smelling cleaner. We tried to air it all out but it still lingered. Difficult to sleep with such strong chemical smells. Not my style of decor.

First of all the host was extremely friendly and helpful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and pretty close to the city center. It was well equipped with some excellent coffee and all kitchen utensils.

Comfortable, clean and stylish apartment in a great location. Nice terrace in front of the house where you can sit even in bad weather. The apartment is perfect for shorter and longer stays.

Some problems with using the TV (language of TV probably changed by previous guest to Hungarian), but for a one-night stay it wasn't a significant problem.

There is all type of amenities.... The oven was microwave. Everything for cooking.

For me, the bed was too soft and I don't like it. Maybe it's not a good choice if you don't like too soft beds. The rest of stuff was very good.

Wochenende kurz Urlaub in Seefeld in Tirol

Die Ferienwohnung war ein bißchen versteckt, aber dank der beschreibung und kurz video vom Gastgeber haben wir sie schnell gefunden. Wir habe eine Übernachtung gehabt. Auf jedefall war das Bett sehr gut zum Schlafen, besser als das 4 Sterne hotel was wir 1 Tag vorher hatten . Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Die Küche schaut auf den Bilder im Internet besser aus als vor Ort. den Kühlschrank sollte man fest Schrauben.

2. Übernachtung auf unserer Alpenüberquerung - für eine Nacht ok

Schlüsselübergabe in einer Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Bei schönem Wetter Sitzmöglichkeiten auf einer kleinen Terrasse. Kleine Voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile.

Wir waren zu viert mit Tädrrn auf einer Alpenüberquerung. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Appartement zu klein. 2. Schlafmöglichkeit eine Ausziehcouch, welche aber für 2 Erwachsene zu schmal ist. Sitz-und Essmöglichkeit auch sehr beengt. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, einen Urlaub würde ich da nicht verbringen wollen.

Fußläufig ins Ortszentrum. Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Appartement mit Bergblick. Es war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Das Appartement hat nur ein kleines Fenster und ist wie ein Schlauch gebaut, daher recht dunkel. Das Bad ist nicht durch eine richtige Tür vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Klapptür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Viele Treppen und weitere Wege in der Wohnanlage zurückzulegen.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e profumato. Parcheggio gratuito. Vicino al centro di Seefeld raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per raggiungere Innsbruck che dista 30 minuti di auto.

Auf keinen Fall ein zweites Mal!

An der Unterkunft ist der zugehörige Parkplatz positiv zu erwähnen.

Das Appartement ist von der Bausubstanz schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, da ändern auch verschiedene neu angeschaffte Bilder und ein relativ neues Bett nichts daran. Das Bad ist uralt und müsste unbedingt renoviert werden. Ebenso die Küchenzeile. Auch habe ich anscheinend ein anderen Anspruch an Sauberkeit. Haare, in allen Variationen, auf Kopfkissen, Bettlaken und Bettdecken, sind für mich nicht akzeptabel! Gleiches gilt für Spinnweben und Staub. Insgesamt haben wir uns leider nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Die hohen Bewertungen kann ich stellenweise nicht nachvollziehen? Eine Nacht für 200€ plus Gebühren sind ja auch nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Ich habe deutlich mehr erwartet.
