Walk to downtown New Buffalo shops, restaurants, hotels, and the Amtrak Train Station. A fabulous Bridgewater three-bedroom, end unit, on the second floor is filled with natural light. Panoramic views include a waterfront marina, a partial view of Lake Michigan, and downtown New Buffalo. An open floor plan with seating on the covered porch for 6.
Located a block from the beach this condo offers something for all to enjoy. Once you park in the secured lot no need for a car for the rest of your stay unless you decide to venture to one of the wineries, casinos, or breweries, all within a 10-minute drive. Plus, Bridgewater Condos offers a heated outdoor pool in the summer months, a large state-of-the-art workout facility, and a heated indoor pool for guests to use. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day- Labor Day weather permitting.
The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in front of the building.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Great location in between the beach and downtown restaurants/shopping! It was spacious for four adults and our 10 month old. The place was very clean. The posting description and pictures were exactly as described and listed. Also, the host was very responsive. Very happy with our trip.

The condo was very clean and had ample space for us and our two teenage sons. The location was excellent for walking around town and to the beach. We were worried about train noise, but Amtrak passes so infrequently and quickly that it wasn't disruptive at all. There were plenty of amenities and supplies provided. Traffic can get pretty backed up here, and we were so happy to not need the car. There are ample shopping and dining options plus a grocery store, all within walking distance.

Oh my gosh! What a great property this is. Such a hidden gem in new New Buffalo. This 3 bedroom bungalow was so perfect for my family (kids 4 and 7) and the grandparents.
Check in was easy and we just grabbed the key from the lockbox and we were in the unit within a few mins and unpacking. The unit was so clean and the owners even left a bottle of wine for us. It is fully equipped with everything you need including spices, some coffee pods, etc. so you don't have to buy everything your own. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows and the beds were sooo comfy. I am super picky about beds and sleep quality. They had pull down shades that basically blacked the room out so you could sleep in.
There was a balcony off the master and a master bathroom with his/hers closets. We loved drinking coffee off the living room balcony and watching the storms roll in.
We actually had really cold weather the second half of the week but the rental property has an indoor pool and out door pool. My kids loved swimming in both. The gym was also so nice and tons of machines and cardio equipment. The residences were friendly to the guests who were renting.
The best part was the location. You just walk right over the bridge and you were on the beach in less than 10mins. Stray dog boarders the parking lot so we could put our name in and wait the 2 hours out by the pool. Walking distance to all the shops and easy drive to the dunes or other restaurants.
It was so easy to give this place 5 stars! The ONLY thing (I love to give a little feedback), was the check out. So they have a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit so we got all that started and then they have a key hook for the keys and above that is the Wifi code. I couldn't find the exact checkout instructions anywhere, so we left our keys in the unit. Then Waya called and asked where the keys were. YIKES! I had no idea that we were supposed to put them back down in the lock box! Lucky for us, we left the door unlocked by accident when we left so they could get back in. Checkout procedures should be listed by the wifi sign so there is no confusion. Overall Loved it and would totally stay again.
