The room we chose was FANTASTIC. Large / comfortable bed, large comfortable room. The hotel staff were there to help. Lobby was fantastic, left luggage easy and convenient.
I was not able to order room service (food basically) because it could only be done online and whilst the staff tried to assist it was not possible in the end .... so I slept hungry. Basically it is a good idea to have a printed menu in english with reference numbers so we can simply call reception or room service and just order it nice and simple. Forget all these electronic stuff and print the menu in every room !!!!!!!

The location is excellent! The staffs are very friendly.
The toilet makes so noisy sound whenever we flush it. It is inconvenient at night to interrupt others who sleep at the same suite.

Location; view; and luxury space (30 m2) for our room
1) privacy in the pool and Sunna is terrible - many customers use cell phones (with cameras) but the staff did not stop these customers (even it is the rule).
2) weak communication among the staff (one staff promised one thing or did on thing - while the later duty one did not follow/know
