The staff, cleanliness, comfort and location were all excellent.
The western breakfasts were not very good. Fried eggs should be made on request - not sitting out for hours at a time. The floors below about 27 seemed quite dirty as did the stairwells and the elevators were unbelievably slow. The room was great but, overall, the property did not feel like a 4 or 5 star property. My biggest issue was that they played the same 3 minute song over and over again the entire time. That should be an easy fix. Also, taxi pickup is not convenient. Taxis have to pull up on the side of the busy street to pick up and drop off passengers. Also, windows were filthy.
