A peaceful, comfortable stay in a beautiful location with a welcoming host and everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful – peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our host was very welcoming and met us on arrival to hand over the keys, which made check-in easy and personal. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-designed. The bed was really comfortable, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen – it had everything we needed to prepare meals.

The only thing we would have appreciated was a slightly later check-out time – 9am felt a bit earlier than what we’re used to from other accommodations. That said, we didn’t ask the host if a later check-out was possible, so it’s possible they may have been flexible.

Lovely, state-of-the-art new apartments with all mod cons. Fabulous stone-pine scent as you walk in. Wake up overlooking the surrounding valley. Super comfy beds. Next door to the owner's farm, you can buy fresh eggs, yogurt, home-made jams and other delicacies. The owner can organise a local "merenda" for dinner and have bread freshly delivered. Follow the instructions on the owner's website to get here, as there are many roads leading to this tranquil corner of South Tyrol. Easy to get to Seiser Alm and on to other pretty locations in the area. Recommended.

It was our perfect stay. The apartment is new and very big & comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning as it is on the hill. The host is very kind and helpful (including Lucy the dog :D). The breakfast basket is also very fresh and delicious.

It would be nice to have some kitchen items like salt, pepper, olive oil etc. available to cook with. It was also a little intimidating to drive to the farm if it is your first time, but easy when you get used to it.

Most beautiful location, family run farm stay on beautiful, pristine and serene property. Comfortable bed, very clean and perfect balcony to sit and watch over the valley. Breakfast basket provided in the morning based on your choice of breakfast items fresh from the farm / local bakery. Owners very lovely, and they have a beautiful pet dog Lucy ☺️

تجرّبه سيئة جدا ولا انصح بها

لم يعجبني شي الطريق سيئ للغايه خطير لا انصح السياح به لأنه فيه مجازفه ولا يوجد مرافق أبدا يجب اخذ سياره لشراء الاحتياجات وهذا خطر كما ذكرت لان الطريق شارع واحد ذهابا واياباً على جبل مرتفع جدا جدا حجزي كان 3 ليالي للأسف بقيت ليلتين وانا أعيش في رهبة من المكان وهذه مزرعه لا تناسب السكن لوجود البقر والروائح المزعجه لا انصح بها وتم اخذ رسوم لا داعي لها بسبب ان الحجز كما ادعو ل4 أشخاص ونحن 8 على الرغم ان جميع حجوزاتي بنفس عددنا وتم إخبارنا إذا احتجنا لسرير إضافي وعليه رسوم وقلنا لا نحتاج لان المكان كافي وقالو تمام لكن عند المغادرة طلب صاحب المزرعه مبالغ على العدد وقال أنا سأنظف وانا ادفع كهرباء كلام غير منطقي في بوكينج دفعت المبلغ كامل وبسبب عدم وجود بقاله تم شراء منهم البيض وهذا لا أمانع فيه لكن ما ارفضه هو طلب مبلغ على أسره إضافيه لم نطلبها اردنا ان ناكل من مطعم مشينا كثيرا وعند وصولنا اخبرونا انه يفتح 6 مساء وهو اشبه بفندق وليس مطعم كما تصورنا وشكله غير مريح مستحيل ان نذهب لهم بهذا الوقت لان هناك الساعه 6 يصبح ظلام دامس لا يوجد إنارات قضينا يوم ونصف ونحن في خوف ورهبه وبقينا محجوزين لا يوجد أكل كافئ ولا شرب ولا نستطيع التجول في الخارجً انتظرنا الصباح لنغادر بسلامه

كل شي سئ جدا الطريق مخيف جدا لا أنصح فيه أبدا والمكان الساعه 5 يصبح ظلام وهذه حظيره حيوانات فيه روائح مزعجه لا يناسب السياح

Schön für Familien ohne Hund, wir kommen nicht wieder

Super moderne und schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Optimal für Familien die dort einen längeren Aufenthalt planen. Die Zimmer sind toll renoviert und der Hof ist schön und gepflegt.

Hunde sind in dieser Unterkunft erlaubt, allerdings darf man den Hund nicht alleine in der Wohnung lassen. Darüber wird man nach Buchung und Zahlung in einem Nebensatz am Ende einer langen Mail informiert. Wir hatten uns extra eine Unterkunft genommen, da wir Radfahren gehen wollten und unser Hund ist es gewohnt ein paar Stunden alleine zu sein. Dies wurde vor Ort nochmals ausdrücklich verboten, nicht mal für eine Stunde zum Abendessen darf man den Hund alleine lassen. Am Ende war unser Hund - wie wir - kaum in der Unterkunft, aber mit 25€ pro Tag für den Hund wird natürlich trotzdem kräftig zugelangt. In meinen Augen sollte die Unterkunft Haustiere einfach komplett verbieten, dann würde es nicht zu solchen Problemen kommen. Die Preise für das Frühstück sind für einige Produkte in meinen Augen ungerechtfertigt hoch. Mir ist bewusst, dass der Großteil Hofprodukte sind und dafür zahlen wir auch gerne etwas mehr, aber das war schon sehr teuer. Für ein kurzes Wochenende kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, da man am Abreisetag auch schon wieder um 9 abreisen muss. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr schön, aber wir werden leider nicht wieder kommen, da wir bei den Gastgebern mit unserer Hundethematik auch auf keinerlei Verständnis gestoßen sind.
