About this house rental
Come relax in privacy or work a little with high speed internet installed 3/25/25.! 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Made for couples or families! Enjoy the Master bedroom on the main floor with a luxurious master bath. The main floor has an open concept kitchen/dining/livingroom. Hardwood floors throughout the home. One guest room has a queen sized bed with the other boasting bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full). Bring the kids and enjoy kayaking, fishing or just floating in the provided tubes at the house. You can also enjoy the screened in porch with a cozy fire. There is also an open air deck great for watching the sun set.
Enjoy fishing right from the bank in the back yard! Guests have asked, yes, there is year round water to enjoy. River is great for Kayaking, tubing, fishing or just walk down the amazing steps right into the river for a cool off. Owner can recommend fishing guide services or transport for tubing fun to end your journey at the house. Tubes are on site, 2 kayaks, ease into the river.
This riverfront home has a fully stocked kitchen, linens provided and games to play. Can Jam, Horseshoes, ring toss, a pool table to enjoy during your stay. You won't want to leave the property. End your relaxing day around the firepit and roast some marshmallows.
Our riverfront home is located halfway between Murphy and Hayesville, North Carolina (Just 2 Hours North Of Atlanta!) in the Smoky Mountains. Other nearby attractions include Brasstown Valley Resort and Golf (only 10 miles away), Fires Creek (wilderness area), Shooting Creek, Elf, and Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee is only 10 minutes away. Helen, GA is a short 30 minutes away. You can also enjoy the most amazing white water rafting in the area. (1996 Olympics were held on the Ocoee River)-30 minutes away.

I highly recommend booking this place!I recently stayed here with a couple of friends for a few days while we rode the Tail of the Dragon and explored the surrounding mountain roads. The home was professionally cleaned, and everything felt fresh, modern, and welcoming.The river views are absolutely breathtaking. The wall-to-wall windows provide an incredible panoramic view of the water, and it was so beautiful that we never closed the blinds—not even at night!I’ve been traveling throughout the Smoky Mountains for more than 25 years, staying exclusively in vacation rentals, so I know a great place when I find one. This was my first time staying in a riverfront home, and it definitely won’t be my last.Dana was an outstanding host. She was professional, responsive, and answered every question I had. She even took the time to explain the road leading to the house and the parking situation, which was especially important because I drive high-end sports cars. The road was in great condition, easy to navigate, and exactly as she described—no surprises, which is a huge plus in the mountains where some rentals require a 4x4 vehicle.Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations in every way. My friends, who joined me during the trip, were equally impressed with the home, the scenery, and the overall experience.Dana, thank you for your outstanding hospitality. Job well done! We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

This is a very beautiful, secluded place on the banks of the Hiwasee river. The host is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We are hoping to come back in the fall for another long weekend stay.

Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.The peaceful setting on the river was exactly what we were looking for. We absolutely loved this property. It was beautiful. It was quiet. And it was one of the most peaceful properties I have ever been too. We will definitely be returning.
