Foosball game table in the living area. Outside areas has Korn hole , basketball, and soccer style net, plus BBQ Good Verizon cell phone reception. Whether you're coming to this area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, Glimmerglass Opera, Soccer Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum, or the Farmer's Museum, Ideally located just minutes between Oneonta and Cooperstown in the heart of Leatherstocking Country. Great spot for us to crash while we were in the area for Cooperstown Dreams Park. Nice little secluded hide away to have my coffee and watch the family of groundhogs in the back field in the morning.

We were there to watch our grandson play ball at Cooperstown Allstar Village. It’s about 15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Communication was great. It served our needs for the week we were there.

It was nice and clean, everything functioned properly. We were playing at the dreams park, and did find that the commute, especially on foggy nights, was a bit challenging.
