About this apartment rental
I propose you a charming studio of 30m ², just renovated, Scandinavian spirit, in our charming house, old and spacious, located 12 minutes walk from the very center of Angers.
With pleasure, I would welcome you (or Mathieu if I am unavailable) and be at your disposal to show you the best places in Angers!

Your room (17,55m²) is located upstairs with a bed 160, desk space for your PC & large screen TV 50x90. Free Wifi.
A bathroom with WC and shower 80x80.
Fully equipped and privatized kitchen just for you, with microwave / grill, fridge, 2-burner hob, Senseo, kettle and toaster.
Small +:
Calm neighborhood. Easy & free parking in the street and those next door.
Separate and privative equipped kitchen, room giving on big terrace (90 m ²) tranquilizes with sunbathing and table. The apartment is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. 50x90 widescreen TV with cable channels. Free Wifi. A big closet for your business.
Sheets and towels will be provided.
If you are a fan of Finnish sauna, you will be able to ask for details. And why not after ... a massage session at the zen space (just opposite the studio in the other room of the landing) by your host, Jérémie, trained since 2006 in Ayurvedic techniques, relaxation or sports massage.
Just take appointment before or during the stay, rate on request.
Tram A at 5 minutes and bus line 2 near the house.
Local shops (bakery, grocery store, butchers, bars, tobacco-PMU, hairdressers, pharmacy, etc.)

Le centre ville est à environ 1/4 d'heure à pied et très vite accessible à vélo par les pistes cyclables et rues piétonnes. Le quartier est calme avec une supérette pas loin pour faire ses courses et près d un très beau marché le samedi matin. Les destinations à vélo à l exterieur d Angers sont accessibles rapidement. Jérémie est très accueillant et très disponible.

Très jolie studio, bien équipé et idéalement situé à Angers. Aucun problème de parking. La terrasse est un véritable plus, équipée de table, bain de soleil,...Jérémie est un hôte attentionné et discret. Excellent accueil par Brigitte qui a parfaitement répondu à nos demandes avec compétence et sourire. Nous y retournerons avec le plus grand plaisir
