About this house rental
U Sole Livante: 2-room mini villa (41 m²) for 4 people with large terrace (25m²), magnificent open sea view, not overlooked, swimming pool, table tennis, tennis and children's games within the residence.
The mini villa is located in Southern Corsica 6 km from the center of Porto Vecchio, in a luxury residence nestled on a hill facing the bay of Santa Giulia. All the most beautiful beaches in the far south are at hand: Santa Giulia beach and its nautical activities 1.5 km away, Palombaggia at 7 km, Rondinara and, for lovers of walks and authenticity, small mountain villages 20 km away ....
This mini-villa is ideally placed in a neat residence with swimming pool, poolhouse and wooded park: not overlooked, no passage and magnificent sea view.
It consists of a large living room with integrated kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each of the 2 rooms has its own air conditioning.
From the living room a bay window overlooks the large half-stone, half-wood terrace and benefits from a breathtaking sea view over the bay of Santa Giulia for moments of relaxation. The bedroom also opens directly onto the terrace.
Private enjoyment of a skillfully planted garden that will offer you a little freshness on summer evenings.
In summary, an ideal base for enjoying a peaceful holiday with a sea view at all times.
Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, large fridge-freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
A bedroom (double bed 140) and 2 single beds in the living room, television.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
Cot for a child under 3 years old (Babybjörn light model, popular with many parents).
Exterior: large 25 m² lighted terrace with covered area, garden furniture, parasol, Weber barbecue, shaded area for private use in the garden to the right of the terrace, not overlooked.
Private parking in the residence (secure access by electric barrier).
In the residence (in season from mid-May to the end of September), magnificent swimming pool with poolhouse, playground, table football, table tennis, tennis (€ 10 per hour), bar, restaurant, free wifi and laundry room ( tokens).
4G or 4G + reception inside and on the terrace (Bouygues, SFR, Orange and Free).
Beach umbrella available.
Personalized welcome and possibility to rent bed linen and / or towels.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
End of stay cleaning is compulsory and comes in addition to the rental price (40 €).
Optional :
- Bed linen rental per bed / week: 10 €
- Rental of hand towels per person / week: 10 €.
In season, rentals are from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10 a.m.
