Дуже хороше місце розташування близько до залізничного вокзалу Ворохти. Чисто, акуратно, біла постільна білизна.
Погано працював душ.

Зручне розсташування котеджу, не дивлячись на близькість до залізничної дороги, ніякий звук не заважає. Комфортні ліжка, добре висипалися. Чуйні хозяєва, йдуть на зустріч проханням (залишали свої речі на зберігання до вечора після виселення з будинку)
Відсутність туалетного папіру. Але якщо б попросили, мабуть отримали :-)
