Great place to stay for F1 experience

From booking to arriving everything was made easy for us. Massimo was excellent at informing g us of everything we needed to know. We booked this as it was the closer available in Monza for the F1 and it was the best thing I did as it was a lovely stroll through the park to the circuit and also walking distance to the restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a lift to the apartment saved me lugging the cases up.

Fantastic place to stay.

The location if you go with a rental is easier and free to park. The apartment is big enough for 2 and plenty of amenities.

The only minimal thing was the kitchen not having a door in case you decide to cook but is a minor issue.

Good location close to Milan, Como and Monza park.

All was available so nothing to complain. Just unlucky the AC broke down on our last day, but we were lucky not needed it.

Immaculate and private

The apartment was perfect, and the host replied via email super fast to any questions. The apartment is suitable for a quick overnight stay or even much longer if needed. We stayed 2 nights & and would stay again in a heartbeat. The apartment has everything you could need, and the appliances were all new. Dishwasher/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, linen, fully equipped kitchen, iron, airing rack, hairdryer, coffee machine, ice 🧊 in the freezer, cutlery and crockery with all the utensils. Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood and zhort walk to the supermarket, Cafe or train station. Bus routes are very close by.

Overall recommended

The building and the apartment are nice and clean. The host was nice and communicative. There is a nice and equipped kitchen. We took a 2 rooms apartment for 4 people and the size was fine.

The stay was in the summer and the air condition was not sufficient to cool the apartment enough, in my view.

Like home

The flat is very comfortable with all the amenities you need for living. The kitchen is fully equipped, including some complimentary pluses like olive oil, vinegar, a couple of coffee caps "borbone", a couple of pads for the dishwasher. The living / bedroom is also very well kept. The air conditioner sometimes a bit noisy during the night, but probably due to the settings. Bathroom very nice too, with a big rain shower. The checkin and checkout are "contactless", you can access the flat using keypads on the doors. Free parking in the area, just pay attention to the street cleaning days. No problems at all with the wifi.

Recently renewed apartment, with all amenities and really modern and clean. Design. Comfort. Excellent host

the apartment we were assigned was an attic under the roof and some parts were low (you have to bow not to bang your head). But that even adds some charm to the flat.

Good apartment for a few nights in Monza with the family.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Great to have key code check in and entry - easy and no keys to worry about. Good quiet location with free parking on the street. Walking distance to Monza town centre in about 15mins. Excellent communication from the host Massimo. It was a little warm sleeping on the sofa bed in the main room even with the air conditioning on. Massimo responded quickly and sent someone round with a fan which really helped.
