Pefect location for easy ride to 4 different trail heads in the beginning of Slaughter Pen trails. The covered parking area at the house was large allowing my big 4 door truck to park underneath a covered area. The shed in the back yard was very big, allowing our 4 bikes to be secure and easily stored with a locked door. The house was exactly like the pics. Perfect size for a living room/ kitchen open design. Plenty of counter space with a great island with sink gas stove was very nice to have. Smaller bedroom was very nice with a very comfortable bed. The master bedroom was much larger with a very comfortable bed that can incline independent of each half. The bed was very comfortable, like fall asleep quickly comfort.Both bathrooms were perfect. Communication was easy with owners and they responded quickly. Front porch was our favorite place to relax. In the morning nice bright sun, afternoon with mild sun. Owner of the property responded very quickly to any emails I sent. Very accommodating and easy.to communicate. The.skyligts added to the cool vibe of house. A perfectly perfect place close to downtown.

Lovely home. Spotless. Fantastic bed. Walkable to the Bentonville Town Square, bike trails, Crystal Bridges Museum and more. Everything we needed for an stress-free stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this charming house. The host was kind and accommodating and we were able to have direct conversation with her which we all appreciated. Such a nice home.
