The whole property and the presidential suite was amazing do vist this property

Everything was fine

We absolutely loved our start in Pachmarhi, the staff was awesome and there was an amazing Kerala style massage on site, The restaurant staff was very accommodating and even cooked a pizza for us because we had upset stomachs and wanted some western food. The rooms were clean and the location very beautiful, they arranged tours for you, we also took one of them and it was spectacular.

Nothing to add here it was perfect.

The venue is beautiful. The room has a great view

Room is very small in size for that price tag, doesn't look like as in pics.. Also it wasn't maintained with scribbled walls, ceiling plaster cracking, no dth (Tata sky disconnected).If you don't opt for room with dining and then you order food, it is astronomically priced with Rs 250 for Samosa. Toiletries had to be constantly asked to be replaced. Room locker wasn't functional, and even the room got locked once. Had to call the housekeeping to open it. Pool was beautiful but very poorly maintained with no cleanliness at all. Had to call staff everytime to clean it and turn the filter. Overall the experience wasn't worth the price tag at all and could have been much much better.
