    While booking the hotel on Agoda I have specifically mentioned that there are 2 adults and 2 childes ages 5 & 10. With these details only Agoda informed me the charges but while check in Hotel informed me that they have received childes age as 1.5 Years and now I have to pay 5000 extra, which I did pay as there was no other option. I told and shown the booking details to Hotel staff but they haven't agreed and compelled me to pay the extra charges. I occupied only 1 room and didn't opt for extra bed or else but then also they charged extra amount.

    The resort is clean and the rooms are very spacious. However, there were a lot of things that disappointed us. The bar although mentioned was not functional, the wifi worked in the afternoon and then stopped working in the evening and they didn't fix it until the end, the instagram page as well as other sources has pictures of pottery which made us perceive that it is an activity at the resort, however there was so such activity available and they said that there is a village 13 km away where we could go and request the potters to let us try pottery with an unspecified fees. The resort had a spa mentioned in a few sources, but that has also not started and was mentioned 'coming soon'.
