Ideal location if you’re ok with all the steps and the Porter Service offered for luggage from the port was excellent. Only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and all the shops, bars and restaurants. Very handy for the ferries and buses.

The staff and location.
My prime reason for selecting was the location and to water view Maybe I didn’t understand what I was selecting but ended up with a view of a wall 6 meters away if I craned my neck past the a/c unit could see more buildings. Please check and confirm if you want the advertised view. Walk up the hill say 60 steps and that view is amazing. The porter was incredible 2 30kg luggage at once I couldn’t keep up with him just myself.

Location is excellent, very central and minutes from ferry / bus stops. Communication from Enza and other staff was excellent. Great free porter service offered and worked well. Room is clean.
My room, although comfortable, was not as shown on website or in my documentation. It was darker and less modern. The outside terrace, again not as shown, was right beside external works and you had to stand up to get a view therefore I didn't really use outside space, despite paying extra to get accomodation with outside space.

It was close to everything which was great. The outstanding breakfast was included at a fine restaurant in the square.
The room was very small with no nightstands and very little area to set our belongings. We had a balcony without a view, but it was noisy with street noise and loud scooters all day.
