Breakfast was excellent and fresh each morning. The pool area is very relaxing and quiet- as is the general vibe of the hotel. Nice, very well maintained gardens and good onsite parking, Liked the honesty fridge

Would have been great to have some lunch options available in the honesty fridge. Even just some simple sandwiches or salads. And an honesty freezer with some ice creams would be great for the days you just want to sit by the pool.

Spacious room with a private terrace which was lovely, comfortable beds too! Wonderful attentive staff and amenities, felt like a home away from home. Loved the ease of everything, especially cycling five minutes into the village for food and wine!

The outside area is beautiful and peaceful, full of lush vegetation! The estate is truly beautiful on the outside! The eggs at breakfast were delicious

Maybe we were just unlucky, but our room (No.10) was extremely dated, and there was no sound insulation at all (you could hear the neighbors loud and clear). Because everything is so old, hygiene is also questionable. At this price point, a tea/coffee in the room would have been expected. We did have a terrace, but not like on the photos in front of the room (it was on an upper floor). The plastic chairs and lounge chairs didn’t fit the ‘rustic’ vibe we were hoping for. The personnel was unwelcoming - the lady doing the check-in was so rushed and disinterested (she didn’t even wait for my husband to come back from the car to explain where breakfast is, etc). The only friendly person was the man doing the eggs in the morning.
