Beautiful hotel. Modern. Clean. Good parking. Nice rooftop pool. Close to town. Great location.
They charged us for the sweets and nuts in the hotel room which i thought were complimentary as I didn't see anything which indicated you had to pay.

Good enough space in the room, they prepared special things in the room such as abanico, manton and Sherry wine. They also had horse carriage available only for their guests going to the feria. Hotel was very helpful in receiving our delayed luggage from the airline. The bed is so comfortable, the hotel lobby is beautiful. Located in Triana neighborhood, good place to walk around, full of restaurants and bars. Big shoutout to the security guy (day shift— sorry I wasn’t able to get his name). Very friendly, kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn’t thank you in person as we had to leave very early.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious with nice bath products provided. Housekeeping was quick and did a great job every day.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — excellent quality and plenty of choice. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. The hotel is in a nice area, and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
We also really liked the large bar area, which is a great place to relax in the evening at summer time. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.
The only real downside was that the pool area was closed, which was disappointing and should have been better communicated beforehand. Aside from that, we had a good stay and would consider coming back.
