Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was very nice. Also convenient that the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Nice location at a very reasonable price. Wonderful accommodations including a large private outdoor patio
Food at the restaurant was amazing- much of it grown on their own property.
Everyone was more than helpful from front desk to chef to cleaning staff. It is family run and you see how much everyone cares

Breakfast that was included was the best of our first 11 days in Italy

Good basic clean hotel accommodation, mostly friendly staff. Good airport pickup.
Not cheap for what you get.
The Restaurant. This seemed to have a variable smoking policy depending on the staff on duty. Firstly, it’s outdoors so legally people can smoke, but there is no effective non smoking area provided; people also smoked within this area unchallenged by staff. Good food it must be said but you take your chances with smoke/vape.
Perhaps, at best, lost in translation, but we were charged €85 euros for an off menu wine towards the end of our stay when we were told it was €35! On reflection, this was most likely a scam that we fell for - more fool us!
The hotel is an approximate 35 minute walk from Amalfi without pavements for roughly half of that distance - plus local buses simply don’t stop at the bus stop by the hotel even when they are not full.
If you do stay here, there is a small cafe at the top of the hill before you descend to Amalfi - good food served upstairs in the evenings, even although it just looks like a small coffee shop.
