The PERFECT HOUSE Intl is your home away from home. Perfectly located near the beach and Downtown Hollywood, this private 2 bedrooms/1 bath house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 Queen bed and a single pull-out bed for a small child).

At the house everything is provided from sheets, towels, washer/dryer to the dishes, private free parking is also included. In the morning, take your coffee in the private backyard and when you come back from a hot day at the beach enjoy the fully central A/C. You need entertainment, no problem, you have high speed WiFi, Roku, flat screened TV and a brand-new Granit kitchen to make a nice meal to your guest and family. Not enough, well check out the nearby Mardi Gras Casino, Senor Frog, Gulfstream Casino and shops, historic Hollywood downtown nightlife with is quaint sidewalk, cafes, unique boutique, shops and galleries, Starbucks, Racetrack and don't forget the Hollywood Beach Country Club and Golf. Around the corner, you have the State Park with its eco-friendly paradise (water activities and more) and 3 blocks away, you will find the Art Park at Young Circle. They have a children's play area with an interactive fountain, special events like festival, art & culture, activities, parade and live entertainment. Just take a look at the picture provided to you, to understand that you are already there. The house is also a great location for cruise travelers.

IMPORTANT Minimum stay is 30nights. Note that one of the renters has to be 25 years old or older to be able to take charge of the rental contract, a liability agreement will have to be sign by that person and also needs to be staying in the house during the time of the rental contract.
