Great breakfast Very clean

Cleaning ladies make a hell of a noise in the morning. Not possible to sleep in

The staff were exceptionally polite, patient, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was okay, nothing more than I expected. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Last but not least, the location was excellent. If you’re arriving from Munich Airport, the bus drops you right in front of the hotel, which is a big plus. Overall, I had a great stay at NH Hotels and I highly recommend it!

The room was a cold, but that was mostly my fault, I couldn’t find the heating switch, as it was somewhat hidden 🤣. Still, I wish there had been a clearer or more intuitive way to guide guests to it.

I recently stayed at your hotel on 17–18 August 2025 in room 215. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my stay that I would like to bring to your attention: • The room was provided with only one bathrobe, and it was damaged/torn. • There were no facial tissues available in the room. • The desk lamp had cobwebs, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your standard. These issues do not reflect the quality and cleanliness I expect from a 4-star hotel under the NH brand. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service and room preparation for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The room was clean and spacious.

When we booked, we specifically looked for a hotel room with a bathtub. Even when we did the "online check in", the room supposedly had a combined shower and bathtub. But when we arrived there was a shower only. There was some annoying noise for the whole night and the bed was not so comfortable.
