Welcome to The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach! A beautiful, gated condo community, situated right on the world-famous beaches of 30A! On the top floor, with the best view possible, and right next door to the heated pool.

Not only is the view amazing, you'll find the condo to be nice and quiet (no noise from above, being the top floor) as well as private (only two condos per floor in each building).
As you enter the condo, you'll be surprised by the ample living space in this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. The main hallway leads to the kitchen-living-dining area, where the views of the Gulf of Mexico will take your breath away!
The master bedroom features a king size bed, with glimpses of the gulf! You'll also find a large private bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk in closet!
The junior master offers a king bed, a private bathroom, and views to Gulf Place!
The 2-queens bedroom includes two queen beds, and a private bathroom. Your family will enjoy all the various perks of the open-plan kitchen-living-dining area.
The over-size kitchen island provides a great place to chit-chat and prepare meals. Whether it's meal time or game night - the dining room table provides plenty of room for the whole family to gather.
The living room features two plush couches, a flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace (fireplace is decorative only, not operational).
You'll absolutely love the amazing Gulf-views available from nearly anywhere inside the main living spaces of the condo. Step out on the balcony to really soak it all in - you'll find a table for 4, and two lounge chairs for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and Gulf into the afternoon and evening!
The beach and pool are only steps away, with the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico calling your name!
You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including multiple restaurants, coffee shops, board-bike-gear rentals, souvenir shops, an oyster bar, a beer garden, candy store, ice cream shops, and more!
Love biking? There's a bike rental shop right across the street and the bike path just outside the neighborhood's gated entrance. This paved bike path wanders endlessly along 30A (the beach road), winding through tiny beach towns for miles and miles.
If you're looking to get out into nature, the Long Leaf Greenway Trailhead is just around the block. Outdoor enthusiasts will love to walk or bike this peaceful trail for miles through the Point Washington State Forest!

The condo has a beautiful view and is conveniently located. I would suggest spraying for bugs a little more often. We had something biting us on the patio.

The place had a great location and easy access to the beach. The view from the balcony was great! However, for what we paid, the condo was outdated and the beds and linens were not comfortable.
